Our exchange and Refund policy:

Did you try your shapewear, bra, and leggings and found out it's not what you were looking for? 


We offer a hassle-free return policy. Simply exchange, return or convert to store credit within 60 days (from your date of purchase).


Exchange

If the issue is the size or the color, let us know. Get in touch with our team at contact@bodysculptorx.com and we'll let you know where the nearest warehouse is so you can return the item there. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered. We'll send your new piece right away! 


Store Credit

Want credit instead? Good choice! Just send back your item and we’ll convert your money to credit that you can use on your next purchase.


Return/Refund

Returns are simple. Just send your item back (note: initial shipping rates are non-refundable), and we’ll refund you for your purchase immediately. Get in touch with our team at contact@bodysculptorx.com and we'll let you know where the nearest warehouse is so you can return the item there. Please note that return shipping fees are not covered. We'll send a refund of your money as soon as we receive the goods. 


Did we send the wrong color/size?

Oops! Sorry about that! We've got you covered. We'll require proof of purchase that shows the barcode received on the bag and a picture that clearly shows the mistake (wrong size, color) upon confirming the error you'll be sent the correct item and will be able to keep the first one.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for any product returned without our initial approval.


Contact our team at contact@bodysculptorx.com so we can provide you with your nearest return warehouse's address.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, dirty, or with missing parts will not be refunded. Items should be wrapped in its original packaging.

- We will not accept returns or refunds after 60 days from the date of purchase.

- Final Sale and special promotion items can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.


If the parcel you ordered is not received within 45 working days after the order is shipped you will be entitled to a full refund or a resend at your preference.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Refunds take up to 7 working days.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations from the customer

After purchase, the customer has 24 hours to claim cancelation for the purchase or require changes. After that time, the order will be processed and then shipped. Changes after 24 hours are not available. 


Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you decide not to keep it but the item is in good condition and the size is also correct. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will provide you with a new tracking number.


Misrouted Parcels

Please make sure you write the correct address with all the necessary details for delivery. BodySculptorX will not be held liable for any misrouted parcels due to customer errors. Please make sure and double-check all information entered on checkout. Within 24 hours of purchase, the customer will assume the shipping fee if the order is shipped to a wrong or insufficient address given by the customer. The customer would then be responsible for re-route charges.
